Help Account Problem

Please follow the steps I've provided below:

  1. Close all xat tabs
  2. Please login at xat.com/login.
  3. After that, go to xat.com/ticket and click "Open New Ticket"
  4. Your username and password should automatically be entered. Enter your e-mail address and select the help topic "Account Block." 
  5. Write a subject that is 5 or more words. For example, "My account is held, help me!"
  6. In the message body, tell the volunteers that you got the error "Account held. You cannot buy." while trying to buy xats.

You should be able to open the ticket from there! Now, just patiently wait for a reply. You will be e-mailed once you receive a reply.
