cannot log in

I cannot access my account (DoctorStrange), since the passwwords are all reset and i cannot enter the email I used to register since it is locked and no longer get accessed. I am quite sure my ID is 50010411, although I am not certain since I havve not logged in for a long time. 

I attempted to send a ticket, although it does not accept it.

Please register a new temporary xat account as Luca said above and open a ticket under ''Lost acces'' help topic and request for an email hint if you don't remember your email anymore or request for an email change if you have completely lost access on your email.

 

Make sure that the subject in ticket must at least five words or more.
