I'm still trying to make a ticket, but it did not leave me!
When I log in, I did not have anything else! Can anything be done in this case?

Before opening a ticket for any issue, you'll want to clear your browser's cookies. Also, make sure to select the correct help topic, explain in the best way possible what you're experiencing, and that your subject is at least five words. Remind that some departments are for paid users only.

If you still experience errors while opening a ticket after following the tips above, you will want to message a volunteer on the forums.

Can you list any errors that you are prompted with when attempting to create the ticket? You may show a screen-grab, as well.
