Not posting a prompt reply doesn't mean that they don't care. There's a queue and tickets are responded in the order they are received. Please try to be patient!

 

Furthermore, you should also note that investigations may take a while to be completed. The Account Block department is delayed due to a high volume of tickets, which can also affect your waiting time. Yes, i's understandable, although delayed responses doesn't mean that you're being ignored. However, the volunteers are aware of your problem and will respond to you as soon as possible, but you need to understand that other users probably have the same issue as you're experiencing and are waiting on queue for a reply to their ticket.

 

If you have already opened a ticket please remain patient for a reply on your ticket. Some help topics are experiencing a long time to get solved, you can check if your ticket help topic is delayed by clicking in ticket times.
 
Unfortunately the only thing you can do is continue to wait. Posting on the forum is a good way to get information but will not speed up the time it takes to get a response on your ticket.

Your ticket is placed in a delayed department so, it can take a while to be answered. A lot of people has the same issue you have, i ask you to be patient.

You have to be PATIENT, a lot of tickets are submitted everyday and each and one of them have to wait for them to be answered. You can see the delays here: Ticket times.

Hello there,

As for most tickets, you are required to wait it out even if you did provide the information about your account being held. We can not speed up replies nor give you an estimated time when the next response will be for your ticket. This department is also in delay, which means it'll take longer then 3 to 5 days for a reply to come through. The most common estimated wait time for tickets in this department is a month, but it could take longer. Though, all you can do is wait until the next reply is posted on your ticket.
