I have no authentication code

After having recovered my password today in an attempt to revisit old chatrooms, I could not login as it requested an Authentication code.

Alas, I have no such code, nor have I ever activated it on my account. I have attempted to create a ticket within the Lost Auth section, but it won't let me send it.
