user connection problems

hi there got a problem here some of the users of the chatroom cant get as the screen is blank from various people in the uk with drifferent isps. also is there a java version of the code available.

Are the users trying to view the chat by visiting an external website that has the chat embedded, or are they viewing the chat directly? If they're visiting an external website, tell them to visit the chat directly from xat.com.

 

Also advise them to try out different browsers. Make sure they're not trying view xat on a proxy/VPN.

 

As Nixs suggested, make sure their flash player is up to date. You can do so here. At this time, there is no java code available for you to use with xat.

Find out if flash player is being allowed on xat. Also, you can try to solve this problem by following some common tips:

• Update your browser's version or use Chrome browser (recommended as it has built-in flash player).
• Install and Update flash player version.
