      Create a new xat account and open a ticket. Select the Lost Access help topic. The subject should be at least five words. You will receive an email with a link to the ticket, but only at the email for the new xat account. Eventually when the email is changed you will be able to reset the password. How do I report scamming or phishing?
      We don't encourage threads about specific users. Create a ticket. Select the Report scam help topic. The subject should be at least five words. This is free to do, and every user should open a ticket after they have been scammed. We encourage you to submit a ticket immediately, as the forum is not the place to sort out those types of issues. How do I report an unfair ban?

System Problem 55: Your account is held indefinitely. This hold prevents every type of transaction on the account. Open a ticket to ask for more information about the hold. Why did I not receive the xats I paid for?
      First, login and refresh any chat that you are on. If you still notice that your xats have not arrived, open a ticket. Select the Payment Problems help topic. The subject should be at least five words. How can I get my reserve removed or reduced?
      You may have a reserve on the amount of xats you can use. This typically happens after making a payment using certain payment methods. Open a ticket. Select the Payment Problems help topic. The subject should be at least five words. You may request for the reserve to be reduced, or you may ask for the amount of xats the reserve reduces by each day. How can I get a shortname unlocked if it is no longer being used?
      To request for a shortname to be unlocked, open a ticket. Select the Short names help topic. The subject should be at least five words. You must be a paid user in order to open a ticket for this. Why can I not create a new forum topic?
      You need to confirm your forum account through your email in order to open a new topic. Why can't I use a forum signature?
      If you want to use a forum signature, you need to be an Advanced Member. Entrance to this user group is automatic and is based on post count. The more active you are on the forum, the more abilities you will be granted!

False accusations

Question

hello good night accuse me of having stolen a person I have talked to that person and I have the proofs of the comradeship where the girl tells me that it is a lie that I have never stolen anything and if they need the catches of the comradeship I give them alone I request that I remove the block of my registration and leave me alone and give me back my powers because I am innocent and that girl confirms that I am innocent

Was your account deleted/held permanently? If so, you'll need to create a ticket under the department of 'Account Block' and ask to make an appeal. Volunteers will reply and tell you all the information that they have, and you can decide what to do from there.

 

If you have already opened a ticket, please make sure you provide all evidence that you have of being innocent. Provide any screenshots or videos that you may have. This will be useful for the ongoing investigation.

 

If you have opened a ticket and were told that you were guilty of scamming, you can still appeal in the ticket, albeit you may not get very far. Again, make sure you provide as much clear evidence of your innocence as possible.

 

We cannot restore your account or your powers here on the forum. We really cannot help you with anything regarding deletion or scamming here on the forum. While opening a thread in General Support is a good way to get more information, all sensitive information should be handled through the ticket form, and in contact with the volunteers.

Hello,

After further review of the evidence, we have concluded that you accessed an account that you do not own: 1472810975.

We are unable to unblock your account and cannot offer a refund of the xats that were removed, because they were returned to the owner.

 

I have spoken to the owner of that account and she tells me that she never denounced me for robbery and that I have never stolen her

Again, I will say this as clearly as possible:

Please provide any evidence (screenshots or videos) that you have of being innocent and provide them in the ticket. 

 

We cannot help you here on the forum. You must prove to the volunteers that you are innocent and that you never accessed someone elses account in the ticket.
