Depending on each department has its delay. You are not the only person who is complaining about the delay in the tickets, i opened a ticket myself asking to be closed because it had been a long time.

 

You have to wait for an answer.

Depending of the department you created the ticket in, a lot of other people have the same issue you have. All of them need be dealt carefully to get the correct end.

Some departments can take more time than you already had to wait to get completely solved.

Be patient, is the only thing that can be done.

If you don't know that the department you created the ticket in is delayed, please check times.
