Good evening, please check the next Ticket <removed> because the user who did it does not receive any response from August 8 because it probably did not select the correct department, has the account locked and does not know why the account is blocked

Hi,

 

Opening a forum thread will not drive volunteers to answer a ticket any faster. Some departments tickets get answered in the order that they're received. Others have delays of a few weeks. While opening a forum thread is a good way to get more information, it will not speed up the answering process. 

 

If the user believes their ticket is in the wrong section, they can reply to the ticket and ask for it to be moved, or contact a volunteer.

 

If the ticket is in the correct department, please tell the user to remain patient. Their ticket is not being ignored and will be answered as soon as possible.

 

If you have any other questions, open a new thread.

The ticket is filed under the correct department; their ticket is in the internal department associated with the Account Block help topic. It's regrettable to hear that this user has had to wait that long for a response to their ticket. xat will definitely see to their ticket. We appreciate your concern on the matter.

 

Should anyone else have this issue, they may follow the steps Angelo has provided if they believe they accidentally filed their ticket in the wrong area. I will now close this topic and set a best answer. If you have any further inquiries, feel free to start a new thread.
