Account held - ticket unanswered for 9 days

I made a ticket about it on my account "xJet" about it being held. I haven't gotten a response in 9 days which is fine, but the problem is what if they don't unhold it when they do respond? Will I have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks? 

 

What information should I provide to get my account unlocked (I was held because I was inactive, I believe - didnt use the site for like 2 years)

 

I just think its ridiculous that my account can get held for being inactive but I can't get a response for so long.

Mate, they'll ask you the default informations about your account, if you answer it right you'll get your account unhold;

They'll tell you on the ticket what informations you'll have to answer;

The department Account Block is delayed due to the high volume of tickets so, a lot of people besides you have the same problem;

I ask you to remain patient, they'll answer you as soon as possible.
