Error 26 - If the account is newly created, check the email associated with the account and click the activation link. If the account is not new, a ticket will need to be created under Help Topic "Account Block" using the email associated with the account to have this error fixed.

If you receive E26 when attempting to login or use other site features and your account is newly created, it means that your account hasn't been activated. You will want to go to your email and click the activation link. If your account isn't newly created, you will want to open a ticket

 

If people receive System Problem (26) when transferring to/trading with you, it means that there's a transfer block on your account. You will want to open a ticket and ask why it was placed on your account. 

 

If you receive System Problem (26) when transferring to/trading with someone, then the person will have to open a ticket instead.

 

When opening a ticket for any of these errors, make sure to select the help topic "Account Block" and that your subject is at least five words.
