This user contacted me by private message. After ensuring the time on their device was set correctly, they were still met with errors. The user was missing the QR code and time-based key, and a ticket has been staff-created for them.

Hello,

 

To correct the time, you should do this:

 

  1. Take your phone, and open Authenticator App.
  2. Click on Settings,
  3. Click "Time correction for codes"-
  4. Finally, click "Sync now".

Also, I recommend you:

  • Correct the time of your telephone, marking "Use network provided time".
