2 Advanced Members Guinho Posted August 7, 2017 Advanced Members Share Posted August 7, 2017 To make sure that you have the correct time: On Android: 1. Go to the main menu on the Google Authenticator app 2. Click Settings 3. Click Time correction for codes 4. Click Sync now On iOS: 1. Go to the iPhone Settings app (your phone settings area) 2. Select General 3. Select Date & Time 4. Disable the Set Automatically option and re-enable again 5. Reboot your device If you still can not login after following these steps, a ticket will be required.
1 Advanced Members Katers Posted August 7, 2017 Advanced Members Share Posted August 7, 2017 Hello, Please check the clock on your phone and make sure that your time is set correctly. If the problem still occurs re-enter the time-based code that you have been given.

And it needs to be under "Lost Auth."

0 Advanced Members Katers Posted August 7, 2017 Advanced Members Share Posted August 7, 2017 I'm sorry to see that, so yes, before creating another ticket, you must wait very patiently for the other to be answered. After that one has an answer, then you can open another one about this problem.

Proceed as @Guinho said above. Are your phone available for the procedure? Or was it stolen / misplaced?

0 Wiki Editors zw Posted August 8, 2017 Wiki Editors Share Posted August 8, 2017 If you are not able to login after following the steps Guinho provided, please send me a private message. I see that you already have a ticket open in a department that has a very hefty delay at the moment. Should you need a ticket about this issue, I will be happy to temporarily close that open ticket so that you can get a support request in about having lost authentication codes. An appropriate answer has been marked. I will now close this topic. If you have any further questions or concerns, you are more than welcome to start a new thread.
