Bought a new ID on xat

I bought a ID number from Choco. 7010701 but I do not know why the xatspace is blocked. but Choco explained to me but before her someone probably had xatspace innap. Maybe Is there somehow can it get unblocked? It's my new ID and I want to edit the xatspace to look good for me. I would never do innap such thing. Thanks!

I've already looked into this issue for you and with the seller and it wasn't your fault. 

 

The main user who had the ID before must have broken xat CSS guidelines and the seller did not know about it. However, you can open a ticket getting the xatspace unblocked. 

 

Open a ticket at http://util.xat.com/support/open.php under the Account Blocked department. You do not need to be a paid user for that specific department.
