      Create a new xat account and open a ticket. Select the Lost Access help topic. The subject should be at least five words. In the ticket, include the username and identification number (if known) of the account you need help with. You will receive an email with a link to the ticket, but only at the email for the new xat account. Eventually when the email is changed you will be able to reset the password. How do I report scamming or phishing?
      We don't encourage threads about specific users. Create a ticket. Select the Report scam help topic. The subject should be at least five words. This is free to do, and every user should open a ticket after they have been scammed. We encourage you to submit a ticket immediately, as the forum is not the place to sort out those types of issues. How do I report an unfair ban?

System Problem 55: Your account is held indefinitely. This hold prevents every type of transaction on the account. Open a ticket to ask for more information about the hold. Why did I not receive the xats I paid for?
      First, login and refresh any chat that you are on. If you still notice that your xats have not arrived, open a ticket. Select the Payment Problems help topic. The subject should be at least five words. How can I get my reserve removed or reduced?
      You may have a reserve on the amount of xats you can use. This typically happens after making a payment using certain payment methods. Open a ticket. Select the Payment Problems help topic. The subject should be at least five words. You may request for the reserve to be reduced, or you may ask for the amount of xats the reserve reduces by each day. How can I get a shortname unlocked if it is no longer being used?
      To request for a shortname to be unlocked, open a ticket. Select the Short names help topic. The subject should be at least five words. You must be a paid user in order to open a ticket for this. Why can I not create a new forum topic?
      You need to confirm your forum account through your email in order to open a new topic. Why can't I use a forum signature?
      If you want to use a forum signature, you need to be an Advanced Member. Entrance to this user group is automatic and is based on post count. The more active you are on the forum, the more abilities you will be granted!

xat refuses to save friends list after auto log out

So I've tolerated this for a long time but i'm fed up with xats bugged friends list system... Here the issue, When ever i re-login from being auto logged out, some of my recent friends are completely deleted. This happens EVERY time i relog into xat. My storage is set to unlimited and still it deletes them when the process happens.. Is there a solution to this?

Remember that when you go to delete cookies always start section in your account to store the latest data for future problems.

And if the list despreece before was a common error, only had to start section in the account again to recover the list of friend.

3º  The data storage of adobe flash in xat is automatic, you just have to allow.

4º After you clear cookies, log in to your xat account by Login

5º Wait for the record to load completely, then enter a chat and confirm that the friend list is there

 Accept xat cookies to allow data storage: COOKIES XAT

NOTE:   If after doing all this, the problem continues. Log in to your account from another browser, firefox, opera etc, and test if you still give that problem

 

You can also update adobe flash to the latest version... : FLASH PLAYER UPDATE

Hello,

 

Clear your browser cache;

 

Go to http://xat.com/login and do it.

direct

 

Will ask you to allow flash, so click on the Play button that is caused by a Flash issue,

 

Now you just need to click "Update Security settings" and it should work.

I have tried your method and it still refuses  to keep them added...

Add the new friend list again, and log in to the account, if you have done all the above, or you can find me at: ARCBot

To try to see a solution closer 

 

 

Already with doing the above you must allow your friends to keep, that is, what you just add should be saved in your account.

after several tries nothing seems to work... but the friends list does save when i registered on a new account... so why is it working on the new account and not my current one...

Is your new registered account on the same browser? Or are you using a seperate browser to login to the new account?

As you have said, this is a very strange thing, after performing every step that I indicate, both here and in the private.

It can be a bug generated in your account, it is not your browser, nor internal problems, because creating the new account works normal.

I think with the creation of a ticket to investigate more funds with this problem and give a true solution

Do you have multiple chat windows open, normally? You mention only losing some recent friends off your friends list, not all.

If you do, have you tried refreshing on the other windows after adding a user?

How often do you get automatically signed out? How much time are you allotting after you are prompted with the successful login message?

 

According to the private message you sent me, this seems to be unusual behavior (as you claim to allegedly only sit on one chat at a time). If you would like, I would be happy to staff-create you a ticket so that we can take a deeper look into the issue.
