Why did I not receive the xats I paid for?
      First, login and refresh any chat that you are on. If you still notice that your xats have not arrived, open a ticket. Select the Payment Problems help topic. The subject should be at least five words. How can I get my reserve removed or reduced?
      You may have a reserve on the amount of xats you can use. This typically happens after making a payment using certain payment methods. Open a ticket. Select the Payment Problems help topic. The subject should be at least five words. You may request for the reserve to be reduced, or you may ask for the amount of xats the reserve reduces by each day. How can I get a shortname unlocked if it is no longer being used?
      To request for a shortname to be unlocked, open a ticket. Select the Short names help topic. The subject should be at least five words. You must be a paid user in order to open a ticket for this. Why can I not create a new forum topic?
      You need to confirm your forum account through your email in order to open a new topic. Why can't I use a forum signature?
      If you want to use a forum signature, you need to be an Advanced Member. Entrance to this user group is automatic and is based on post count. The more active you are on the forum, the more abilities you will be granted!

Answered ticket not closed

Hey guys,

 

So i've got a ticket left open after my problem has been aswered by a volunteer. i cant close this myself and in order to create a new ticket i need to get rid of the old one which is unfortunately still open.

 

Can anybody help me with this? My ID is chickenuggets (287381300)

Hey Souf,

 

Simply reply to your ticket asking for it to be closed. If it isn't closed within the next few days, I suggest you contact a volunteer here on the forum kindly asking for them to close your ticket so you can open another to satisfy your needs.

Automatically that the ticket is answered by the volunteer is closed, until you open it again when you respond.

 

It is strange, check in at CHECK STATUS TICKET then check status to see if the ticket is still open, in that case, have a post reply asking to be closed or communicate with a volunteer in the private.

Hello , 

 

if you request your ticket to be closed you can private message a volunteer on the chat or on the forum to close it , also if you want to open a new one use a diff account and open a ticket and give 'em the req info about your problem .

Or you can just reply to your existing ticket with your new issue and they'll help you on that ticket, or close it and open a new one if they deem necessary.
