I no longer have access to my authenticator

Question

Good evening, I can not open a ticket, I lost my authenticator, I can not access my account, what is a procedure? Regards, ICowboy

You do not need to be logged in or a paid user to open this ticket.

Within your ticket message, please explain your situation as you have done here, and include your registered name + ID number.

Hello,

 

you can open a ticket under lost auth and make sure your subject is 5 words or more , if you can't open a ticket , message  a volunteer to open a ticket for you
