Unable to create a ticket.

Question

Hello. One of my accounts it's locked out bcause my ISP keep changing my ip adress and when I'm trying to make a ticket, I'm gettin' this error : Unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again! What should I do ? Thanks.

First clear your cookies and attempt to create a ticket in Locked Out help topic again using the email associated to your account.

Make sure also that the subject in ticket is five words or more.

 Try to restart the router or call the agency that you have the internet or better make a ticket and explain there everything that's going on!
