Hello! 

 

System problem (55) means that your account is held indefinitely. All outgoing trades and transfers from your account are blocked. A ticket must be created in the Account Block department to solve this error. You do NOT need to be a paid user or logged in to create this ticket. Please ensure the ticket subject is 5 words or more, and include the system error number [(55)] and an explanation of your problem within the ticket message. "help lost my power" is not detailed enough.

 

If you cannot create a ticket, even after clearing your cookies/cache and trying a different browser (including incognito mode), please send a private message to one of our Volunteers, either on the chats or forums, and they should be able to open one for you. Include your ID number within your message to them, along with an explanation of your problem.

 

If you already have a ticket open, please remain patient and wait for it to be resolved. You can only have one open ticket at a time. You should receive an email when the ticket receives a reply.

Hello,

 

It would appear that you already have a ticket open on this issue; you will find out why the items on your account are suppressed when you receive a ticket reply. Please continue to remain patient, as Crow has outlined. Your ticket is assigned; you should receive a response relatively soon.
