Also, I'm sorry about your 2-3 year wait. Perhaps there was a miscommunication. Hopefully, this will not happen in the future.

holy crap, I thought waiting 1 month was long time even 1 week seems like forever. this is longest I seen by far. and I seen bad.

I cant imagine waiting 2 yet alone 3 years. please wait for a volunteer to read this and I hope this gets resolved for you soon.

 

xat ticket system/support system is the worst right now, I am sorry for this but they have a lot of tickets and they have yet to find a solution to this. this issue will not stop because there will always be more tickets made than answered. this is ridiculous  I agree.

 

not to be mean to xat, but something needs to be done about this because I seem many other people waiting long time

couple in fact waiting 1 year or more. if nothing is done this is one reason people are tired with xat but not the only of many reasons.

 

again, I am sorry for this and I hope you ticket gets resolved soon, there are more users than volunteers and 1 active admin.  keep that in mind. a volunteer should look into your ticket to check its progress especially if you been waiting for that long.
