The hold cannot be reduced or removed. Transfer held for funds to clear (could be any amount of days): Create a ticket and ask about your account hold. System problem 25 (permanent transfer block): This is usually a result of breaking xat's Term of Use, by either scamming or phishing users. Open a ticket to ask for more information about the hold. I am locked out! What do I do?

How can I get a shortname unlocked if it is no longer being used?
      To request for a shortname to be unlocked, open a ticket. Select the Short names help topic. The subject should be at least five words. You must be a paid user in order to open a ticket for this. If you encounter **Sorry, name already taken (2).** the name can then be enabled by a volunteer. Why can I not create a new forum topic?
      You need to confirm your forum account through your email in order to open a new topic. Why can't I use a forum signature?
      If you want to use a forum signature, you need to be an Advanced Member. Entrance to this user group is automatic and is based on post count. The more active you are on the forum, the more abilities you will be granted! My xatspace was removed. What do I do?
      Your xatspace was likely removed due to breaking the Terms of Service or the xatspace guidelines. Open a ticket under Account Block to have this investigated. Ensure the subject in your ticket is atleast 5 words. My chat was deleted. What can I do?

Deleted GMAIL

Question

Hello

 

I have deleted my gmail account <removed> so I can't sign in my xat account "HORDE2007" because of email confrimation code. Can someone make ticket for me?

 

I can scan my passport or something if needed. My new email is <removed>

I removed the email addresses from your post. This information should not be made public. 

 

You'll need a ticket under the 'Lost Access' department, which requires you to be logged in, but you can create a new xat account to do it. Ensure the ticket subject is 5 words or more, and provide evidence that you own the account (HORDE2007) that you need help with.

Oh well, sorry for the misunderstanding. 

 

You have to create a ticket in "lost access" department. Subject must contain at least five words. Login before creating the ticket or make a new account if you don't have another one.

In the event that you couldn't create the ticket you will have to send a private message to a volunteer your registered name and the ID for them to create the ticket for you. Volunteers

You have to save the k2 value which allows you to re-register your account, I'm afraid you can't re-register the account if you don't have the k2.

I've deleted my gmail, not xat account. Can't get the login/verification code.

Or if you want, can try to create a new email using your old gmail username, then you will receive the code normally.

 

E.g if your username was test@gmail.com and then you deleted it, is now available to create a new using test@gmail.com
