Unable to view ticket status

Question

I've gotten locked out of my account, so I opened a ticket but I can't check ticket status because I've gotten locked out. Now what do I do?

You should receive an email with a link to access the ticket when it receives a reply.

 

So, my advice is to regularly check the email address associated with the account you created the ticket with. =)

Can not click on check status?

In this case check the inbox of your email, when you have an answer you will receive an email.

How long does it take to receive an anwser? So far it's been a day. Is that normal?

That's pretty normal for that department, you'll receive a response to your ticket soon.
