XAT.COM

In these last years "Xat" has lost much of its users and the abandonment of the same one. Xat must implement an innovation both in the powers and interests of the user.

Make yourself questionable like for example:

Quote

¿What interests the user?
¿What security options can you provide?
¿What sale options can you access?
¿What motivates you to stay connected with xat?
¿How to insectivate or motivate the users?

I was asking the users of xat about this about it and they thought the same thing.

Xat should promote motivation and interest in users

For example:

Quote

 A) For users who make purchases through the page of management of purchase of xats e days for the first time is made discount when buying through the page of purchase of power

B) For users who make one or two purchases a month,  incentive with bonuses in their purchases of days and xats, they add more amount of xats and days for each purchase

C) Smile maker should look for opions in the users, that is to say, there must be an interaction with the user, not just being creative in their individuality

D) Create power every month or release power every month. Thus avoiding that the same loses the value to the week and the users notice this change and the disinterests increase

E) Implement security questions in new account registries

F) To access the mail belonging to the account and data through a menu panel at the beginning of section and to access it must respond with the password of the mail and the security question

G) Implementation of new regulations in official chats is to say   you are assigned to reliable users but you should not forget that the same was created to facilitate the user with the help, Order, peace, and harmony. There must be a friendly interaction between user and chat members

H) Each new year insectivar with bonuses and surprises to the user with regalia like: 30 days free

I) Carry out volunteer training tests to have greater answers to the problems of the user accounts, solve their problems in less time, with more personnel

L) Search and / or add methods of purchases of xats e days in which the users can buy easily

This theme aims to awaken the common interest of users and as the "special members" make a revival of what was xat in previous years increase user interactivity, improve security options, make an encompassion not only of The interests of xat.com if not also the user.

Hoping that this project can be carried out.

Thanks so much for Reading

Face facts, xat is dead. Who cares about it anymore? I know I don't.

If you don't care about xat anymore then just sign out and don't come back. It's as simple as that. Stop trying to ruin the experience for people who still do care.

Furthermore, your criticism is weak and pointless if you're not going to offer any constructive advice along with it. At this point, you're just trying to provoke a reaction.

We haven't lost a lot of users, xat has still more than 1k+ users online. Users are just coming on chats where you don't go specially like DJ chats, bingo chats etc..

And unfortunately we had already a thread about improving xat, so I don't think, it's really useful to do a new one since it will start again in drama because some people doesn't care about xat etc. :(

Users still hide in specific chats, they just don't use the promotion setup anymore. The price was cut in half from what it used to be, yet the number of chat that promote is not what it used to be. I remember a few years ago there would be 4-5 promoted chats every weekend night, and it was a competition for who could be the most popular. Now it's more of a crave for who has control over who. Bottom line, it seems users are just finding places to stay with others and don't care to visit the promoted chats as often. They're usually troll chats, inactive, too strict, too annoying, or the wrong language (because apparently their native language has too many promotions on it).

I feel like people have lost reason to do anything apart from just talking to their friends and other users they associate with. Some see that it's fading in activity, so they migrate to other alternatives, such as Discord, kik, Snapchat, etc. and find it to be easier.

In all honesty, this really started to spike downhill after the data breach from zuhnny and user information getting leaked, as well as accounts getting taken. From a security perspective, it still needs work, and it's not easy to force people to be smart about it and care. Perhaps SSO integration would improve this perspective, so users can focus on securing their Google accounts rather than their xat accounts. It'd be a mix of how to achieve it, as some might not want to be forced into it, and others may want it just to be a second way to login rather than the only way.

In the end, I feel the migration to HTML5 would definitely benefit everyone. Sure, it would take a lot of effort to accomplish, and it's only asking for more bots to arise (HTML botting would be easier than sockets in my opinion, and users could make themselves one), but it would be a step towards the demands of tech these days. We wouldn't have all the "flash is disabled" issues, and things would probably just work more smoothly. It may kill the use of mobile apps, but it would flow better in the long run on all platforms if it were done.

In your opinion, would you sacrifice the flashy animations for an unknown period of time if xat migrated to HTML5? Flashy pawns and smileys don't make the chat, the users and messages do. I'd say keep flash active, but allow HTML5 to be an option while being developed. Users could keep their flashy animations if they desire, and the rest can join with the present and use HTML5 instead. Heck, even open development to others and let them work on it for the time being (assuming it's not a somewhat simple task now for developers).

I agree with what he says, but also before I read about doing a flash update to html 5, but it would be a big change, but very innovative at the same time, but xat would have to do a kind of see what they think that)

Thank you for your refreshing idea.
