Neon around the smileys , i don't know what you guys think but I like it :p

Simple example :

*Before starting hating this simple suggestion take a look at the examples  I made  !

This is not a Final version and can be adapted and became a nice feature , So I invite you to comment if you have an idea or just a feedback !

I will make examples and add more details in the post if you guys like it .

I will maybe post a lot of smileys that i'm working on in the future !

I think it's a good suggestion if allowing the user to change the colors and speed

E.g: (smile#neon#sX#cFFFFFF)

X = Speed 1-9

FFFFFF = Color/hex

Also if it works correctly using the power num, you can do effects like nameglow.

Also the size of the glow

E.g: (smile#neon#sX5#cFFFFFF)

X = Speed 1-9

FFFFFF = Color/hex

5 = Glow size

No, please do not do this. It is bad the slowness with the big powers and namewave, this would be worse.

Surely an FX power cause more lag than a simple neon effect.
