Account deleted error 28

Well I need help. My account is giving error 28 tried to open ticket and only the error, I contacted a "volunteer" through the xat but the same said that I have an open ticket that I have to wait, but in my email there is nothing and The last ticket I opened was in 2016 I wonder if any volunteers could help me.
