1 Wiki Translators Blacky Posted March 21, 2017 Wiki Translators Share Posted March 21, 2017 Hola, Si te han eliminado tu Xatspace, tienes que enviar ticket al departamento "Account Block" desde xat.con/ticket Te dejo el mensaje que tal vez te sirva para el ticket: Hi, whenever I, or another user, clicks my photo, instead of going to my profile, it goes directly to xat’s main page, and I don’t know what happened. Can you check on this for me? Thanks. Si no puedes enviar ticket por cualquier motivo, te recomiendo que hables con un Volunteer. Hay un volunteer que habla Español. Te aconsejo que hables con @Junior Tal vez él te pueda abrir el ticket si tú no puedes. Espero haberte ayudado. 2 Advanced Members Fiona Posted March 21, 2017 Advanced Members Share Posted March 21, 2017 Hola, Si tienes el xatspace eliminado, si tendrás que enviar un ticket en Account block, para enviar un ticket tienes que entrar en xat.com/ticket open new ticket, en help topic tendrás que seleccionar ''Account block'' como has mencionado, en subject tienes que poner 5 palabras como mínimo de tu problema y en el mensaje tienes que explicar tu problema (xatspace eliminado). Tiene que ser en inglés. (si no sabes inglés puedes hacerlo mediante algún traductor) En el caso de que no te deje abrir un ticket porque ya hayas abierto uno anteriormente y no seas usuario de pago te aconsejo que te contactes con un volunteer para que pueda abrirte un ticket, si te sale re-login prueba a borrar cookies y a intentarlo de nuevo, si no lo consigues contacta con un volunteer.
