Can't open ticket

Question

when I try to open a ticket for my lost access account, it says: "You've reached the maximum open tickets allowed" any idea how to get it to work in order to get access to my original account?

It looks like you already have a LostAccess ticket open on this issue based on the query I did using the name you provided on forum.

By this, I believe you do not need another ticket.

 

If you have access to 1520494833, you should be able to login and check your ticket's status from https://util.xat.com/support/view.php. You have not received a reply yet, but you should get one shortly!

 

When we reply, you will receive an email containing a copy of our response as well as a link to the ticket.

Do you already have an open ticket? You can either:

 

1) Wait until the other ticket is resolved.

2) Ask a volunteer to open the new ticket for you.

Nope i have not opened any tickets as I am unable to since I created this account yesterday to try and get my account back, as for getting a volunteer to help, anyone here can help?

Like Anar said, you will need to contact a volunteer here on the forum. Check https://forum.xat.com/staff/ and then hit Message.
