Hello,

 

The help topic you should select when opening a ticket depends on the issue you are experiencing.

 

If you are held for a maximum of 7 days, you should wait out the hold. If you're experiencing a repeated cycle, you will need a ticket. "Account hold" is the help topic that should be selected when opening a ticket. Please note that the temporary hold after an account is unlocked cannot be removed.

 

If you're held for more than 7 days, or if you're experiencing System Problem (25) or (55), you will need a ticket. "Account block" is the help topic that should be selected when opening a ticket.

 

Additionally, you should only open a ticket under "Lost access" if you have lost access to an account and are unable to regain access, by either forgetting or losing access to the e-mail access that is associated to your account, or any other issue that would cause you to be unable to login to an account and could not be solved within "Locked out" or "Lost auth".

hi,if you are held for less then 7 days is not necessary to open a ticket, if your held is more then 7 days then you can open a ticket in account block department.

Remeber to put in subject more then 5 words.

Once your plugins activated, clear your cache/cookies and also try to change browser. Then try to open a ticket.

 If you still cannot open a ticket, then private message a Volunteer and ask them to open a ticket for you.

 Note: You don't need to open a ticket for 7 days held. Just wait it out until your held is over
