Xats/Days not there

Yesterday I bought some xats via mobile payment. It said it was all successful on here and I got a confirmation text on my phone but they're still not there. I've tried to re-login but nothing. I tried to make a ticket but it told me I haven't made a purchase before so I can't open a ticket (kind of ironic).

 

Any suggestion?

Hi there. Sorry you're having trouble with payment.

 

Please check to see if your card or payment method has actually been charged. If not, you can try buying again.

 

If it has been charged, you'll need to ask a volunteer to open a ticket for you. Please provide information, such as screenshots and your user ID, so your issue can be resolved quicker.

In fact, it happened to me too yesterday. I guess the mobile buying system is currently down. 

 

Do as Tanner suggested and your issue should be fixed soon.
