If you don't have access to that account, you'll have to create a new account by clicking on newid and open a ticket on this new account.

Open the ticket under the "Lost Access" help topic, make sure the subject is at least 5 words long. You do not need to be a paid user to open a ticket in this department. Also include the ID/regname of the account you need help with on the ticket.

 

Edit: user already opened a ticket about this issue. Please be patient and wait for a reply.
