Viewing Ticket Status Fixed.

The flash issue on Viewing Ticket Status has been fixed.

 

You can now check your tickets without having problems.

 

https://util.xat.com/support/view.php?e=test&t=# 

 

Replace "test" with your email/username and "#" with your ticket ID.

 

Please report on this if you have any issues. 

 

Clear cache out first by the way!

Are these two pieces of information related? Is this the fix? Why did you include it?

 

The link is only useful if you know the ticket ID, which means if you haven't had a reply yet, or haven't written down the ID it's useless.

I actually told him to make this thread with those pieces of information. (If anyone was wondering why I didn't make it, it was because I was doing some other stuff).

 

Yes the two information are related to the coding that was updated and to the link that was updated.

 

The coding was also updated this morning for tickets which does a checking.

 

Yes the link is only useful if you only have the required information, but before when users would go to the link in their email and ticket ID, it would not work. Now it is working.

 

I've also made sure it works on mobile.
