Before some eager helper gives you a macro about most departments being delayed, I'll give you why shortnames is delayed: it doesn't work. When it does, it's out of luck.

 

So even if we reach your ticket, there's a chance it'll fail and you'll have to wait until it's fixed.

As already mentioned, the system is very particular (there's a good number of variables that have to be in line)

 

Part of the reason the total resolution time on your ticket is longer is because it was sitting in the wrong internal department when originally created. We rectified this, however that set it back a little further.
