Hence the reason i said its to be implemented as a warning system.
If the user isn't listening to the warnings you can do a a real ban.

I doubt it. I'm sure 100% of people would click agree every time - but at least a fraction of those would stop doing what they were doing.

 

The other fraction.. that continues to act like a fool anyway, would be actually banned.

But we already have warning powers anyways. E.G. Yellowcard, Redcard, etc.

You miss the point of agreeban.

It's to force a person to see a pop up of the message of the ban AND keep them banned until they've clicked Agree
