Chatbox issue

When I try to log in to my chatbox, it makes me verify that I am not a robot.  I do, then it says to close the window and sign in again.  I close the window go back to the chatbox and again, it makes me verify that I am not a robot.  What is going on and how can I stop this from happening?

As others have mentioned, if xat thinks you are a bot because you're using a proxy or anything else to mask your true IP, it may block you.

 

There are also instances of people being blocked when they shouldn't be, and that needs to be fixed by an administrator. You can follow the suggestions in this topic and see if your issue is resolved. If that doesn't work, you may want to consider creating a ticket so we can help you further.

hello, is your connection direct? this can happen when you use an extension of a proxy or vpn

First of all, check if you are using a proxy/VPN on your browser.

 

If not, you should try to clear your cache/cookies, change browser or even turn off/on your router.

 

If none of the suggestions above worked, I suggest you to reset your router, which means puttings the settings to defaut.

Check if you have some proxy program or extension on your browser. Also try enable Cookies on your browser and clear your cache/cookies.

 

If still not working, you will need reset your modem/router.

 

Also try to use another browser (just for test, to check if still showing captcha)
