Hello,

 

There is not much information in your post but from what I have gathered of you in your post and on chat, you are claiming that the trade application glitched and some of your powers have disappeared - which is very unlikely.

 

You will need to open a ticket in order to get more information on what happened. Make sure to select Report scam help topic and to fill the subject field with five or more words when opening a ticket.

 

I would also suggest for you to first change your e-mail password and ensure your e-mail account is secure before opening a ticket as there is a chance your account may have been compromised, running a virus scan would be good as well.
