Took a look at your situation and it would appear you already have a support request in for getting unlocked.

The ticket was sitting in the wrong department, but I've transferred it now.

 

Check your email in the coming days.

When you receive a ticket reply, you will be emailed a link to your ticket as well as a copy of our response.

 

As a general rule of thumb, you only need one ticket per issue.
