Hi Slatki,

It could just be that xat does not recognise the domain you have used to upload your background to.

I have reuploaded the background you have to imgur, one that is known to frequently work.

Here is the link to your background on the imgur website: https://imgur.com/a/Ll0hykv

When adding your background to the chat, please use the image's direct link here: https://i.imgur.com/o2xoM6w.png

Hope this works and please reply if the problem persists!

Hi

There are some bugs occurring with this type of problem, if you have already tested all hosting options (imgur / postimages / xatblog), I suggest you do the following:

Check the option of your transparent xat, after that wait the necessary minutes, clear your browser's caches, go back to your edit, uncheck the transparent background option, and place your background. So you can solve this problem that you are having.

Hello,

I recommend you to use https://img.xatblog.net (just select your image and click in "Upload" then copy the "Direct Link")

You can also choose any other trusted image hoster in https://xat.wiki/Images

Remember that Postimages is no longer supported on xat.

Hi Slatki,

Currently, there is a problem with inner backgrounds not updating instantly after a new direct image link has been added.

I have been told this will be fixed in the newest version of HTML5.

You will need to wait at least 30 minutes for your new background to update. The direct link seems to be correct so now you just need to wait for the background to update on it's own.

Ok thank you very much for the help al I posted the pictures and yesterday and still don't want a single little picture. i had such a problem some time ago when i was making a new chat for friends and didn't want to take a little picture like now. If you claim that I have to wait ok. I have another question whether it is possible that I did not turn off the xat frame and how the xatframe in this image should be set

Dear greetings. He still refuses to accept pictures internally on chat chat, I tried everything and still the picture is not accepted, I don't know what could be that he refuses. I have tried many image upload programs accepted by chat imgur.com img.xatblog.net postimages.org and still refuses. several times I waited for half an hour but it's the same.

the pictures are set and background and small for chat al this is what it looks like when I post. the background image is ok and the little one refuses to accept. these two pictures have already been chatted and are in order.

Maybe you can try to reset the chat, and then put them back with the xatblog link, or imgur. Sometimes the chat box background can take up to 1 hour to update.

Actually, the xatframe option doesn't have any interference with the chat box, since it only applies to chats that have backgrounds with css animation called xatframes, stop/remove. But if you want you can turn it off to see if you see any changes.

i have tried everything and it is the same. I had this problem 20 days ago on another chat and also the little picture for the chat didn't want to show up, it only came after 3 days. He currently refuses to accept any small images on either one chat or any fertilization program

I also had this problem, but I solved it by changing the link, and waiting a certain time for it to be updated. Did you try to test the background  in a different chat to see if the same problem persists?

Postimage is no longer allowed on xat. If you try to use an image hosted there anywhere inside the website, it will not be displayed. We advise you to use any of the image providers listed here: https://xat.wiki/Images

If the image meets the size requirements and it's hosted in one of the recommended image providers, just insert the direct link of the image in the right place and wait until it goes live.
