You already have an open ticket in a department that is not handled by the Volunteers and must be evaluated/answered by the Administrator, so the response may take longer than expected. This has already been explained to you on another occasion, please avoid opening more topics on this matter and kindly ask you to continue to wait for a response.

Hello,

 

System problem (56): The recipient of your transfer has a transfer block.

The recipient of your transfer is indefinitely held and a ticket must be created under Help Topic "Account Block" and do the whole process in english. It needs to be filled in with the data and the user must put 5 words in the subject.

In that case, the person who is negotiating is blocked. You or the other user, open a ticket in the '' account block '' department fill in the requested data, subject with more than 5 words in English and in a message you describe the reason and what happened, also in English.
