error system problem 55

System problem (55) means that your account is held indefinitely, blocking all outgoing trades and transfers and you'll have to open a ticket under "Account Block" to find out why it is placed in your account and possibly get it removed. To open it, after successfully logged in, do the steps below:

Open a new ticket here;
Type your username and password;
Type the e-mail associated with the account that you have the problem;
Select the help topic "Account Block";
Type the subject, remember it has to be at least 5 words;
Type the message describing your issue;
And click on open ticket.

 

 

If you have any problems creating the ticket, please reply with an image below showing the error.

It depends a lot on the demand for tickets in this department, however, it can take 1 to 3 days.

Users may open a ticket in the Account Block department if their account has been held indefinitely and are receiving System Problem 55.

Open a ticket. https://util.xat.com/support/open.php 

Type your username and password;
Type the e-mail associated with the account that you have the problem;
Select the help topic "Account Block";

Subject : ''My xat account has error 55''
Message : ''My xat account has error 55 and I cannot buy xats or trade. Please help me! '' and click open ticket.

You do NOT need to be a paid user to open a ticket in this department.
