2 Advanced Members 6 Posted August 19, 2016 Advanced Members Share Posted August 19, 2016 Hi Arda, As you said on the help chat that you are receiving the error e36 upon login then you have to enter the required 6 digit token code from auth app when logging in. Since you changed phone and if you don't have the QR code and time base mode anymore to recover the auth code then please do as Junior suggested above to open a ticket.
