exclusion from xat room

I excluded my xat room, I would like to know if you can recover the room. How do I access the password again?

Hello. As you yourself said you deleted the chat, you must open a ticket asking that the chat be put up for sale to buy it.

• You can open a ticket by clicking here
• The department you should use is "Short Names and Groups", in the "Help Topic" field
• In the "Subject" field you must enter a subject for your ticket, it must contain at least 5 words in English. (use google translator if necessary.)
• And finally, in "Message" you report what happened and request that the chat be put up for sale.
• Click on "Open Ticket" and you're done.

Now just wait for the volunteers to respond to your ticket. (They will ask you some security questions to prove that you are the true owner of the account.) When your ticket is answered, you will be notified via a link that you will receive in the email.

Go to your xat.com chatroom, click Edit your chat (as shown here).

 

Under the login page for your group, you can click "forgot password" under the group login page as shown here -> Group Login Page You will be redirected to the page to reset your password. You must enter the email you used to create your chatbox in order to recover and reset the password.

 

After reset, you may recover ownership of your group.
