Question

There person It has problem in open new ticket Concerning Issue "lost authenticator code"
Do not get a response since 6 days

id : 1487096201
Please pay attention to the problem and to respond to the ticket this person
So as not to come again and says he does not receive a refund

Hello,

 

The person has to be patient and wait for a response. Posting here will not speed up the answering process.

 

Keep in mind that there are other users waiting as well and some cases may require extra investigation, which may delay the process a bit.

 

In case they've received a response before, make sure they clicked the link they received via e-mail and replied from there.

Tickets take time to be answered. Some departments take longer than others.
