Ticket message has been deleted from the email

Question

hi , there a person need a response to the ticket,because message the ticket remove of email

It is now unable to respond

regname : snfor

id : 346178326

problem : forget  key authenticator

Department of ticket : Lost Auth

On volunteers to look at this issue

They have to answer in the ticket system, not in email.

If they answer in the email they are not going to get an answer.

So ask them to go to http://xat.com/ticket and tell them to check and answer there.

... you didn't say it, you edited so I couldn't read, anyways.

 

So he had to clear his browser cache and then use the email attached to his account.

He did it and then the emails of the responses got deleted?

Tell him to check his trash emails, if he deteled them by mistake then they should be there.

You have to understand that all messages have been deleted, and now we need volunteers to respond once again understand now
