Question

A lot of people have the same problem with me I have been waiting for 1 week, but no answering from staff on ticket

Are they ignoring?

Are they confusing my written language?

Do they hear our request?

Do I lose my account?

Do I lose everything?

The reason it its taking a week per reply is due to the high volume of tickets in the account hold department.

 

You, like everyone else, must remain patient. Your ticket will get a reply eventually and making forum threads will not speed up the process.
