Hello, you can go to the tab located in the upper right corner and then disconnect your account "Logout" and then redo the Login...

 

Make sure your browser is using proxy, if yes, please turn it off.

Check your internet connection if it is stable, try turning off your modem for about 3 minutes

Check your browser's permission "if you are using the flash version of xat", if yes, please authorthe flashplayer and refresh the page.

Try clearing your browser's cache/cookie

Try sign in using another browser

 After doing all the tests if you still have trouble joining a group, please notify us and we will try again to help you in the best possible way.
