Normally this happens when your account is indefinitely held. If you receive system problem 25/55 when trying to trade or transfer, it means your account is held indefinitely (in your case, inactivity). This hold, designed for security purposes, prevents every type of transaction on your account. 


You can create a support ticket in the ''Account Block'' department to ask for more information about the hold. You do NOT need to be a paid user or logged in to create this ticket. Enter the email associated to your held account and ensure your ticket subject is 5 words or more. Within the ticket message, please explain your situation. Once a ticket has been created, please wait patiently and check your email regularly for a response.
