Did the email appear by now?


If not:

  1. Try to log in a few more times and see if you get any email now.
  2. Check all folders on your email account including the junk/spam for the xat emails.
  3. Make sure info@xat.com is not blocked on your email.

If the emails doesn't appear within 24 hours, you may create a ticket at https://xat.com/ticket - we can then consider further steps such as changing your email address of your account.
