Help accessing my old account

I am looking to get a hold of my old account, I have lost access to my old email and cannot log into my account.

My old username/account was LABEBEROX1,  I hope this helps.

To start the recovering process of your account, first you will need a new xat account. It will be used to create a ticket under the "Lost Access" department. You can do that by going to https://xat.com or any other page of the xat.com domain and click the "register" button at the top right corner. Once your account is created and confirmed through your e-mail, follow the steps below:

 

• Go to the xat support system by clicking here;
• Type your username and password;
• Type the e-mail associated with the alternative account;
• Select the help topic "Lost Access";
• Type the subject, remember it has to be at least 5 words;
• Type the message describing what happened;
• Click on open ticket.

Once the ticket is open, just wait for an answer. Questions will be asked to prove that you are the true owner of this account. Remember to include the username of the account you lost access within the message of the ticket.

You will need to create a ticket to get this resolved.

 

For that,

• Create a new xat account
• Once successfully created, go to xat.com/ticket
• Create a new ticket with the help topic "Lost Access" (please note, subject needs to have at least 5 words)
• In the Message, let them know which account this is about
• After the ticket has been created, you can check the ticket-status here: https://util.xat.com/support/view.php
