1 Advanced Members Daniel Posted July 13, 2016 Advanced Members Share Posted July 13, 2016 Due to the fact that a very small minority of users were held in error, we do not recommend that you private message volunteers anymore as this will very likely end up in you creating a ticket anyway. You may as well go ahead and open a ticket rather than private messaging a volunteer. You can open a ticket > here < and use the help topic "Account Block" also remember to make sure the subject is at least 5 or more words long. Volunteers are working very hard to get through all the requests so please be patient. Note that fixing a system problem 55 isn't as simple as clicking a button.
