i did Login Later 30 Days Held

https://prnt.sc/tczhaq  I turned the computer off and on yesterday and when I came back, the login option came, then 30 days held came

If xat detects irregularities in your account and suspects phishing, you may be automatically held, but in your case I would open a ticket.

1. Open a new ticket from here: https://xat.com/ticket
2. Fill out the username/password/email associated with the account
3. Select the help topic "Account Hold"
4. Type the subject (5+ Words)
5. in the message box describe the issue
6. And click on open ticket.

They will assist you further with your issue.
